Write the process of making banana fritters. You can use first, second, then, next, and finally to indicate the order.

1. Structure : The goal of the activity (Say what you are trying to do or make)

2. Structure : Materials (List ingredients or tools)

Text : Cooking utensils : Frying pan, bowl, whisk, knife, plate

Ingredients : Banana, flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, water, oil, topping

3. Structure : Steps (List steps of the activity)

Text : - First, prepare the banana by peel and cut it into halves or slices.

- Second, make the batter by combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, water and mix it well using a whisk.

- Dip each banana into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated.

- Then, heat the frying pan with enough cooking oil over medium heat.

- Next, gently put the coated banana pieces into the hot oil. Fry them until golden brown, flipping occasionally to cook both sides well.

- Take out the fried banana from the pan and place them on a plate

- Finally, add some toppings like cheese, chocolate, or palm sugar. The banana fritters are ready to serve.

Now, complete the recipe for making sweet potato fritters.

Cooking utensils : Spatula, sieve, pan, stove

Ingredients : Sweet potato, flour, sugar, cooking oil, milk

Cooking steps : 

1. Put into a bowl the grated sweet potato, flour, and sugar. Mix well.

2. Pour the milk into the bowl while stirring it until smooth.

3. Pour the cooking oil into the pan and heat it on the stove over medium heat.

4. Put into the hot oil spoonfuls of the batter, flattening them slightly with the spatula.

5. Fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides, flipping them carefully.

6. Take out the fritters using the sieve or spatula and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
